Following his Nations League appearance for Portugal, BRUNO FERNANDES has returned to Cheshire.
The captain of Manchester United represented Portugal twice, drawing a draw with Croatia and adding a goal to the draw with Scotland.
His outside-the-area potshot shot eluded goalie Angus Gunn, and former Red Devils hero Cristiano Ronaldo scored the game-winning goal.
Although Fernandes, 30, assisted Portugal in winning both games to top their Nations League group, he is now returning to club football.
After visiting Sainsbury’s, he returned to Cheshire and filled the boot of his £200,000 Bentley with groceries and water.
Fernandes has an impressive collection of vehicles, which includes a Mini Cooper, an Audi Q7, and a BMW X5 that cost £85,000 and £64,000.
None of them, though, can equal his £150,000 Porsche Panamera Turbo S’s speed.
And since he inked a new deal this summer worth £350,000 per week, he could be able to raise his earnings because he is now the joint-highest paid player at United.
Fernandes said he was happy to join the team and signed his contract, but he also said the Red Devils are not even close to contending for the championship.
