Martin Odegaard, an Arsenal footballer, and his stunning girlfriend Helene Spilling were spotted together sporting what appears to be an engagement ring.

People saw them walking their dogs in London.

Odegaard wore jeans, a grey T-shirt, and a baseball cap. His partner wore pants and a black coat.

People assumed he had proposed to Helene since she wore a gold band around her ring finger and covered her face with her hand.

They revealed it to the public on Instagram last summer, following the professional dancer’s embrace with Odegaard on the pitch at the conclusion of the 2022–23 campaign.

They posted a tonne of selfies in June, including ones when they were both in the Emirates tube and lounging in the sun.

However, Helene hasn’t made headlines or been on Odegaard’s social media pages particularly frequently since then.

They flaunted their new puppy in February by sharing a tonne of adorable photos of it cuddled up on the couch.

In one, the two could be seen caring for and holding the dog. Odegaard and Helene were also observed spending some alone time with the dog, snapping a picture.

Spilling is 27 years old, and Odegaard is 25. No one knows how long they’ve been dating.

She is a dancer who has been on Norway’s “Skal vi Danse,” which is like “Strictly Come Dancing.”

She came in first place in 2021.

Odegaard will try to build a team at Arsenal that can beаt Manchester City and break their grip on the Premier League title.

Mikel Merino will be working in the engine room with the captain. To pay for the move, the Gunners are looking to let go of players.

Fans said in April that Odegaard is “winning on and off the pitch” after his beautiful wife danced in the seats after Arsenal beаt Chelsea.

The midfielder was in great shape as the Gunners beаt their London rivals 5-0 at the Emirates.
