Ben White has received praise from Arsenal fans after he was spotted doing his signature move at corners during the Gunners’ preseason tour match against Bournemouth in Los Angeles. Ultimately, White was called for a foul after colliding with Neto when he was attempting to puncҺ the ball.
Though it was only a preseason friendly, White didn’t show any signs of slowing down as Arsenal prepared to take a corner and got into a brawl with Bournemouth’s goalkeeper Neto and defender Milos Kerkez.
As the ball was being delivered, the 26-year-old was observed shoving and grappling with Kerkez. The Brazilian was trying to distract himself with this.
When White bumped into Neto while he was trying to puncҺ the ball clear, the referee called a penalty.
Even if nothing was about to happen, White’s theatrics during a preseason friendly had Arsenal supporters giddy with delight.
“Things I love to see,” remarked one, and someone else said, “In a pre-season tour you know hahaha,” after that.
“White is back to rattling goalkeepers lmaо, arsenal are fully back at their best,” another amused fan said.
