THE England team is about to check into their amazing Euro 2024 base after Germany’s players were ejected.
The Three Lions crest is prepared to welcome our stars on Monday after the host’s flags have been removed from the bar.

Germany had even established a training camp at the opulent Weimarer Land Golf Hotel and Spa in central Germany last month as their tournament headquarters.
But they had to go in order to appease Adidas, the kit sponsors, and the FA took over the best basis of any team.
The hotel manager had predicted that Gareth Southgate’s boys would win the competition, so yesterday the staff was getting ready to greet them warmly in Blankenhain.
Owner Matthias Grafe told The Sun: “We’re happy to welcome England instead of the German squad, who wanted to be stationed at my hotel but had to work with their sponsors.
“I believe that the team that wins the Euros will be England, and I have always stated that I am only interested in having one team here.”
The 350-acre resort, which included three golf courses and a training ground of Wembley calibre, was purchased by the FA in November for £800,000.
Yesterday, while hotel staff and FA representatives worked feverishly to finish the new England look, Harry Mane, the football mascot of The Sun, was shown around the impressive facilities.
Along with a spa, golf course, and indoor and outdoor swimming, players will stay in timber-clad rooms with views of the pine forest.
Picture of English legends like Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham have taken the place of German stars like Thomas Muller.
The training field and media centre now have a “England” banner up in place of German signage.
Furthermore removed are the ‘Deutschland’ motifs and the red, black and gold German flag colours that had been plastered over the hotel bar.
In the lavish grounds was a bed of flowers fashioned from the flags of Germany and England.
Germany, meantime, has moved to Herzogenaurach, the Bavarian home town of Adidas, for its headquarters.
Next Sunday, England plays Serbia in their inaugural match.
