JACK GREALISH flaunted his big calves after cutting short his trip with girlfriend Sasha Attwood to join the England squad.

Grealish, 28, was enjoying some downtime after Manchester City’s FA Cup final defeat to Manchester United.

Both Manchester City and Manchester United players are not likely to report for international duty until next week.

Grealish, on the other hand, is determined to make the squad when Gareth Southgate reduces it from 33 to 26 after the upcoming friendlies against Bosnia and Iceland.

Grealish, who has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, has had a disappointing season with the Premier League champions, scoring only three goals and providing three assists.

But he appeared to be in a good mood after joining the England squad ahead of schedule, as he smiled while sitting on the floor in a photo posted on social media on Friday.

The ex-Aston Villa ace showed off his massive calves in two photos while practicing alongside Tottenham playmaker James Maddison.

Other pictures show him conversing with England teammates Maddison and Declan Rice, as well as dribbling up against Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones.

Grealish, who will report for England training early alongside John Stones, Harry Maguire, and Luke Shaw, faces heavy competition to make Southgate’s final roster, which will be submitted by midnight on June 7 and published on June 8.

Harry Kane, Phil Foden, Bukayo Saka, and Cole Palmer are likely to be key players in the squad.

Meanwhile, forwards Grealish, Eberechi Eze, Anthony Gordon, Jarrod Bowen, Maddison, Ivan Toney, and Ollie Watkins are hoping to avoid the chop.

Jeremy Doku has frequently been favored to Grealish on the left side of Manchester City’s attack this season.

But last month, Pep Guardiola insisted Grealish will regain his form.

The Manchester City manager stated, “He will be back.”

“He’s battled this season, and Jeremy has taken amazing strides ahead, as everyone has seen in recent games.

“But Jack will be back at the level of last season, I’m pretty sure.”
