Anthony Davis, the NBA star from New Orleans, kicked off his two-day “Make Your Mark” Hoops Tour in Hong Kong on July 8th. At 3:00 pm, he visited the rooftop basketball court at Choi Hung Estate, where he led a training session for 23 enthusiastic Hong Kong high school students. With the help of Hong Kong Division One player Hui Long-er, Davis taught the students low-post play and shooting techniques, offering personalized guidance to refine their skills.

During the session, Davis took time to inspire the aspiring athletes, urging them to relentlessly pursue their dreams despite any challenges or lack of support. He emphasized that through unwavering dedication and consistent training, they can earn the recognition they deserve.

As the day’s activities concluded, Davis looked forward to continuing the “Make Your Mark” Hoops Tour in Hong Kong on July 9th. At 3:45 pm, he will visit the Nike Store in Mong Kok, joined by Hong Kong boxing sensation Cao Xingru. Later that evening at 7:00 pm, Davis will participate in the selection process at Wan Chai’s Southorn Stadium to identify two standout players from the “Make Your Mark” campaign.
