‘Messi’s life at Miami’: INSIDE Lionel Messi’s Extravagant $413M M-Shaped Villa: Awe-Inspiring with Three Helipads and Unimaginable Amenities

One of the world’s most distinguished footballers, Lionel Messi, made a stunning transfer this year to join David Beckham’s co-owned Inter Miami CF of the Major League Soccer (MLS).

Showing off his on-field prowess, he has already contributed to his new team’s success by helping them win the Leagues Cup. However, the most talked-about property at the moment is the new home of Lionel Messi and his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo.

Designer Jorge Luis Veliz recently revealed photographs of the couple’s futuristic concept home, which is said to be worth $50 million (about Rs 413 crore) on social media. Veliz has revealed the futuristic design of the 2022 World Cup-winning footballer’s new home, a stunning mansion situated on a ship-shaped island that will provide the couple with solitude and exclusivity. The mansion’s three stories are works of art in contemporary design. Here are some fresh, never-before-seen photographs that back up my assertion.

The 36-year-old footballer reportedly turned down an offer from Saudi club Al-Hilal worth $300 million (about Rs 2500 crore) each year. Instead, Inter Miami co-owner Jorge Mas said that he had signed a contract with an MLS team worth between $50 and $60 million per year (about Rs 413 to 496 crore). Messi will continue to earn millions of dollars from endorsements such as his exclusive profit-sharing arrangement with Adidas, even though the amount is less than what Al-Hilal promised him. According to ESPN, he will also receive earnings from MLS fans who subscribe to Apple’s Live Pass.

Messi’s new contract is worth an estimated $600 million (about Rs 4,965 crore), therefore the Argentine footballer will soon be able to afford a brand-new, custom-built mansion complete with every conceivable convenience. His new estate will include a theater, game room, football field, spiral waterslide, yacht dock, space for 20 automobiles, a magnificently designed party area, three helipads, and other amenities. The mansion also has a stunning, panoramic view of Miami’s gorgeous beach. Some previously unseen photographs of Messi’s M-shaped Miami mansion are included here.

Messi reportedly bought an oceanfront condo in Sunny Isles Beach in 2019, according to Architectural Digest. The Porsche Design Tower condominium is 3,555 square feet in size and has three bedrooms. Its many cutting-edge amenities include a private swimming pool on the terrace, a glass elevator for transferring cars, and much more.
In 2021, two years after his previous purchase, Messi paid more than $7.3 million (about Rs 60 crore) on a Miami condo. The penthouse on the ninth floor of Regalia Tower features four bedrooms, a spa, a fitness and yoga studio, and a children’s playhouse. The views of the Miami skyline are stunning. Messi reportedly offered the home for sale just a few months after purchasing it, according to The Sun.

The World Cup winning footballer has made major real estate investments and currently owns multimillion-dollar mansions in Ibiza, Barcelona, and Rosario (Messi’s hometown). View all of his investments here.
