Arsenal is two points behind City as Pep Guardiola’s team destroyed Fulham 4-0 at Craven Cottage, ahead of a pivotal match against Manchester United at Old Trafford. City still has a pivotal match against Spurs on Tuesday that can decide the title.

Arsenal has shown they belong at the top, but whether or not they win the Premier League, there will be personnel changes. The departures of Cedric Soares and Mohamed Elneny are well known, and goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo is out of contract after helping Wrexham win promotion to League One during his loan spell there.

Ryan Taylor of The Mirror claims that Arsenal is ready to part with seven more players, though. Gunners are open to offers and consider Aaron Ramsdale, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, Kieran Tierney, Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonga, and Reiss Nelson to be expendable.

Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber cost Arsenal more than £200 million, but they want to blоw it all again before the next campaign.

And with profit and sustainability regulations to deal with, a number of sales will aid with funding for new recruitment, especially academy graduates Nketiah, Smith Rowe, and Nelson.

Though they are all regarded as peripheral players, those on the transfer list may still fetch respectable money.
