Mikel Arteta believes he will have to improve significantly to reach the Champions League Final. We have a young squad so of course there will be times when our inexperience is evident. In fact, Bayern is the main European royal family that attends this stage every year. Most people have a habit of winning silver cups. It was no coincidence that this was a night where we lost the ball or gained possession hastily. The timing wasn’t unique but suԀԀenly our defense looked nervous. David Raya made another huge mistake… he has made about 7 mistakes so far. While our coach showed that he was thinking emotionally. Just because Havertz isn’t trаsh doesn’t justify his price tag. With 60 million and being one of the highest earners, I want more so I don’t become tras.
Bayern Munich are used to playing at this point in the tournament with the title in their pocket or in the conversation to sаy the least. Having to raise UEFA’s ultimate prize to rescue their campaign is strange. In Germany, their fans and the media scrutinized them. So to go to North London without fans and get a draw is a great result. Their record at the Allianz Arena in Europe was astonishing. Our locker room is filled with youth who have never been this far. For Bayern, this is not their first barbecue.
Two important players for Bayern Munich will be absent on Wednesday when they play Arsenal in the second leg of the Champions League in Germany.
Winger Serge Gnabry of Bayern Munich will miss the second leg of their Champions League quarterfinal match against Arsenal in Germany next week because of a hamstring ιnjury he suffered during Tuesday’s tҺrilling 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium.
The ιnjury led the former Arsenal star, who was instrumental in tying the score in the first half, to leave the field in the 70th minute. Although Gnabry is likely to undergo additional testing in Munich, it is anticipated that the German international will miss a period of time that might last three weeks or longer.
“It’s a hamstring ιnjury,” Bayern Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel said, expressing concern over Gnabry’s condition.
The second leg doesn’t appear to be going well. Jan-Christian Dreese, CEO of Bayern Munich, expressed the sentiment and wished Gnabry a quick recovery while praising his outstanding performance in Tuesday’s game.
Even though Gnabry only had ten professional games for Arsenal before leaving the team in 2016, his significant contribution to the team didn’t go unnoticed. The 28-year-old’s goal celebration heightened the energy inside the Emirates Stadium, which was filled exclusively with Arsenal supporters.
It is quite doubtful that Gnabry will play in Wednesday’s encounter at the Allianz Arena if his current hamstring ailment turns out to be a recurrence of the same problem that kept him out of action for 11 games earlier in the season. Jamal Musiala is another player who can play wide left, and Kingsley Coman, Mathys Tel, and Thomas Muller are possible options for Gnabry.
Alphonso Davies, another important player for Bayern Munich, is also expected to miss the second match due to suspension after receiving a booking on Tuesday.
After fouling Bukayo Saka in the ninth minute, the Canadian international was given a yellow card and banned for one game. Raphael Guerreiro, a Portuguese defender, is anticipated to replace Davies at left back.
Gnabry and Davies’ absences present Bayern Munich with an even greater task as they get ready for the pivotal second leg against Arsenal. Both clubs are preparing for a much-anticipated matchup as the match is scheduled to be resolved at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday. The victor advances to play either Real Madrid or Manchester City in the semifinals.
