ARSENAL captain Martin Odegaard posed with girlfriend Helene Spilling while cuddling a puppy in images posted on social media.
The couple made Instagram official last summer after dancer Helene embraced him on the pitch during Arsenal’s final game of the 2022/23 Premier League season.

In June, they uploaded a series of photos showing themselves sunbathing and in the Emirates tunnel.
However, Odegaard has only published a handful photos of the couple together since then.
Helene did, however, publish a series of photos on Tuesday showing them cuddling with a lovely puppy.
One image showed the couple holding the dog and giving it some care, with Odegaard and Helene also posing alone with the puppy.
The Norwegian midfielder was also photographed sitting on a bicycle in a park.
Spilling, 27, is two years older than Odegaard, 25, and it is unclear how long the couple has been dating.
Helene is a dancer who has appeared on Norway’s version of Strictly Come Dancing, “Skal vi Danse”.
She won the competition in 2021.
Helene currently has 135,000 Instagram followers, where she often shares her dancing skills and photos of herself enjoying life.
Meanwhile, Odegaard is enjoying his time on the pitch after Arsenal secured yet another comprehensive victory at the weekend.
On Saturday evening, Mikel Arteta’s men defeated Newcastle 4-1 to win their sixth Premier League game in a row.
They are just two points behind league leaders Liverpool and one behind Manchester City.
Arsenal’s next game is on Monday at Bramall Lane against bottom club Sheffield United.
