Nani, a Portuguese winger who now plays in the MLS for Orlando, has demonstrated that he has not let himself go since his time at Manchester United.
Former Manchester United player Luis Nani shared a gym photo on Instagram, displaying his impressive new bodybuilder figure.
Nani has played for Fenerbache, Valencia, Lazio, and Sporting Lisbon after leaving Old Trafford in 2015. In February, the Portuguese winger moved across the Atlantic to play for MLS club Orlando City.
And since his move, the 32-year-old has built a Florida beach body to rival former Manchester United and Portugal teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
“Practicing my bodybuilding moves. Monday motivation,” wrote the Orlando player, who won the European Championships with Portugal in 2016 and the Premier League and Champions League with United during his European career.
Nani’s Instagram body is a sensation with fellow footballers
The shot has received a lot of attention on Instagram, especially from some fellow footballers. “Looking buff, brother,” wrote goalkeeper and former Portugal teammate Bruno Alves.
“Let’s go Nanaka,” wrote former United teammate Fede Macheda, while West Ham’s Brazilian winger Felipe Anderson shared a ‘fire’ emoji.
Nani has impressed in the MLS since joining Orlando in February, with eight goals in 14 appearances.
However, if his football career fails, the Portuguese winger may be able to easily segue into professional bodybuilding, given how things are going.
