Man United Team News vs Fulham: Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia

Manchester United have a lot of injury news as they prepare for their next game against Fulham. None of the news is good, as there is a full-fledged crisis at the left back position. According to rumors, Tyrell Malacia’s comeback from his major knee injury remains uncertain.

Mason Mount (calf/shin/heel) is also out of action for an extended period of time. I hope you’re loving these Malacia-related social media posts (another one is below), since they’re simply spot on.

On February 15th, Ten Hag discussed Malacia and his position, stating that he experienced obstacles during his rehab procedure.

“It takes too long, and it’s bad for him. That’s bad for us. But we’ve reached a positive conclusion: he’ll be back on the pitch soon. I don’t think it will be long before he returns to team training.

“Mason Mount and Tyrell Malacia will require a few more weeks.

Many others are making the same joke about Malacia, claiming that he has disappeared, and I don’t blame them. It’s so funny because it’s true. Shaw has no return date, either.

“I can’t tell [how serious it is],” Ten Hag stated of Shaw two days earlier.

“We have to wait at least till tomorrow to find out what’s going on. Clear, it does not look good when you take it off.”

Elsewhere Lisandro Martinez, Anthony Martial, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are all sidelined with long-term injuries.
