Alan Brazil is unconvinced by Manchester United’s recent turnaround in form, predicting that Erik ten Hag will be out of a job before season’s end. The former Ajax manager has been able to weather speculation about his future, but his man-management abilities have been questioned.
“Unless Manchester United go on a remarkable run, I still think Erik ten Hag will be gone by the end of the season,” Brazil was quoted as saying by talkSPORT BET. “I honestly don’t think the guys are into him. There’s always the prospect of winning silverware; perhaps the FA Cup will be enough to keep him in the job.
“If they start scoring more goals and getting the supporters behind them, things will change, but they’ve had so many performances this season that make you go, ‘Oh my God, come on, you’re better than this!’
“But the last few games, especially the win over Aston Villa, have been slightly better, so we’ll see. According to the murmurs I’m hearing, the players do not want him. “They say he has no man management skills.”
