Manchester United has been widely associated with Portuguese international Goncalo Inacio, and the newest reports suggest that an interesting deal to capture the defender from Sporting CP can be achieved.

We reported a few days ago (via Record) that the Lions will only sell the 22-year-old star in January if the release clause of £51.6 million (60 million euros) is satisfied.

Yesterday, respected Spanish publication AS disclosed (news image provided below) that Real Madrid and Manchester United are among the clubs interested in signing Inacio.

Sporting would like the option to be invoked, according to the Madrid-based news source, but has made bidders know that they are flexible.

The 60 million clause can be paid in installments.

According to reports, the Primiera Liga giants will accept an initial bid of £38.8 million (45 million euros). The remaining £12.8 million (15 million euros) can be paid in clearly attainable goals.
