With his earnings, 29-year-old British actor Damson Idris was able to purchase a $3.85 million property in the highlands above Studio City.

In 2018, Idris starred alongside Kate Beckinsale in the films “Outside the Wire” and “Farming.” Idris gained fame and money because of the FX crime series “Snowfall.” Next year, “Snowfall” season 5 will be produced by Idris.

Remodeled in 1964, the two-story home has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is described in marketing brochures as a “stunning Montecito modern residence” with designer finishes, light-colored European wood floors, and a home automation system for security, music, and lighting.

The formal living and dining rooms, which are connected to a chic eat-in kitchen with gleaming white and boldly veined black and white marble (or marble-like) counters and gold-toned fixtures on snow-white Shaker-style cabinetry, are flanked by the entryway of the slightly over 4,700-square-foot open floor plan.
