PSG struggled to find their rhythm on Sunday afternoon, but they managed to grinԀ out a nervy 1-0 win against Le Havre, who have been a surprise package in Ligue 1 this season. The match got off to a difficult start for the Parisian side, as Fabian Ruiz was forced off with an ιnjury early on, and goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma received a straight red card for a dangerous foul. However, it was Kylian Mbappe who emerged as the hero once again.

Mbappe showcased his brilliance with a tremendous goal, while a deflected shot from Vitinha sealed the hard-fought victory for PSG. It was a closely contested match, and Le Havre had their fair share of chances to win it themselves. In fact, they should have taken the lead early on when Gautier Lloris missed a golden opportunity in front of an open goal.

Despite the setback of Donnarumma’s red card, PSG’s talismanic Mbappe nearly found the back of the net on multiple occasions, testing Le Havre’s goalkeeper Arthur Desmas. Eventually, he broke the deadlock with a beautiful touch and finish from 20 yards.

Le Havre, however, refused to be disheartened and dominated the second half, creating more scoring opportunities. PSG’s debutant goalkeeper, Arnau Tenas, and Danilo put in impressive performances to keep Le Havre at bay. But it was Vitinha who secured what may prove to be an important victory for PSG as the season progresses.

With this win, PSG maintains their position at the top of Ligue 1, leading by four points over Nice, while Le Havre remаins in the ninth position
