Brady had a strict diet while he was a player.
And even though his playing days have ended, Brady keeps up his physical appearance.
However, there is a weakness in even the seven-time Super Bowl champion when it comes to Thanksgiving fare.
When Oprah Winfrey questioned him on his podcast last year, he revealed something.
Brady was questioned by Oprah about his Thanksgiving meal.
“Like everyone else, that’s the one meal where I’m like, screw it,” the former quarterback retorted.
“Let’s attempt it. And it’s enjoyable for all of us.
In order to maintain his peak performance and continue playing in the NFL into his mid-40s, Brady adhered to a workout regimen known as “The TB12 Method.”
He used to flavor his water with electrolytes and splurge on avocado ice cream.
This Thanksgiving, the 46-year-old is spending it without football for the first time in 23 years.
He enjoyed the holiday in a serene Miami environment with brilliant blue skies.
Brady recently criticized the standard of play in the NFL today during an appearance on Stephen A. Smith’s show.
“I think there’s a lot of mediocrity in the NFL today,” he declared.
“I don’t perceive the same level of perfection as I once did.
“I believe the level of coaching has decreased. The growth of young players isn’t as strong as it once was, in my opinion.
“I don’t believe the plans are as effective as they once were.”
